Loose, Airy Waffles

The perfect loose, airy waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 260 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Melted butter
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 300 ml Milk
  1. First, melt the butter and stir it together with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and milk. Mix the flour and baking powder together and gradually add to the butter-milk mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. If the dough is too firm, add a little milk, otherwise add flour.
  2. Now bake ladles in the waffle iron for 2-3 minutes.
