Albana Noodle – Sausage Salad

The perfect albana noodle – sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta (fusilli)
  • 150 g Turkey lyon meat sausage
  • 1 Red onion
  • 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 7 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Fresh chives
  • Some black olive juice (1 glass of pitted black olives)
  1. Boil the noodles al dente, quench with cold water and allow to drain. In the meantime, I peel the red onion, cut it in half and cut it into fine pieces, just like I do with the zucchini. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them in half with a knife, chop the chives into fine rolls. Then I take the pasta, put it in a bowl with the tomatoes, onions, zucchini, creme fraiche, salt, pepper, olive oil, chives with the black olive juice and stir everything together carefully.
  1. Tip 2: The black olive juice gives the special aroma and goes perfectly with the noodle and sausage salad.
