Mixed Salad with Olives

The perfect mixed salad with olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Red and yellow peppers
  • 1 small Stage leek
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Glass Olives 85g
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper
  1. Halve and core the peppers and clean with leeks, tomatoes and zucchini and wash. Cut the peppers into strips, the leek into rings, and the tomatoes and zucchini into slices. Drain the olives in a colander.
  1. Arrange vegetables with olives in a bowl. For the sauce, peel and mash the garlic clove. Mix the vinegar with the garlic, salt and pepper, fold in the oil, pour over the salad and mix.
