Mocha Kisses

- 0,5 tsp Lemon juice
- 230 g Sugar
- 200 g Mixed almonds
- 50 g According to nuts
- 3 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Kirsch
- 25 Mocha beans
- Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff. Add the sugar by tablespoon. Gently fold in the almonds and nuts. Mix the coffee and kirsch and add. Put the piles on the wafers and place on the baking sheet. Bake at 140 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
