Vegetarian: Tagliatelle with Schabzigersauce

Pasta:

  • 200 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 shot Oil
  • Salt

Sauce:

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 200 g Freshly grated Schabziger cheese
  • 1 Onion
  1. For the pasta, work all the ingredients into a dough and let it rest for an hour, then process into ribbon noodles
  2. For the sauce, fry the onions in butter, add the cream, milk and cheese, bring to the boil and then stir together with the cooked noodles, done!
