Noodle and Mince Vegetables Pan

- 0,5 Zucchini
- 2 size Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Hot peppers
- 200 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 small glass Bamboo flakes
- 200 g Cooked pasta from the previous day
- 2 tbsp Ajvar
- Some vegetable broth
- Some tomato paste
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Finely chop the onion and cut the peppers into small pieces. Also cut the carrots and zucchini into small pieces. First sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent. Add hot peppers and minced meat. Fry the minced crumbly. Then add the carrots and fill up with a tiny bit of vegetable stock. When the carrots are firm to the bite, add the zucchini and bamboo flakes. Briefly with steam. Thicken the vegetable broth with the ajvar and tomato paste. Add the pasta and mix in. Season everything with salt and pepper.
