- 3 Fresh eggs
- 70 gr Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 gr Melted butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Grated nutmeg
Salmoncream
- 200 gr Cream cheese of your choice
- 1 small Lemon juice from it
- 200 gr Smoked salmon finely mashed
- 1 Red Onion chopped
- 1 tl Mustard
- 1 tl Honey
- 150 gr Table or cream horseradish from the jar
- 1 el Parsley, chopped
- 150 gr Arugula
- I beat the dough from the ingredients for the pancake … from the ingredients for the cream I prepare a mixture, but without the rocket .. !! in hot fat or rapeseed oil i fry very thin pancakes in a pan, which shouldn’t be too brown to roll nicely .. on a board i put a pancake and spread the salmon cream over it .. on top i put a handful of rocket ..
- then I carefully roll the pancakes into a roll .. cut diagonally into narrow strips, I serve with raw vegetables of your choice and vino rosso .. the dough and the cream make about 8 pancakes ..
