Quark and Mohrenkopf Grits

The perfect quark and mohrenkopf grits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Red grits http://www./rezept/437458/Rotze-Gruetze.html
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Or
  • 1 Pc. Rama Cremefine to beat 35% less fat
  • 20 Pc. Moors Heads
  • 0,5 packet Coconut flakes
  • Ground cinnamon
  1. Put the red groats in a large glass bowl, refine with cinnamon.
  2. Remove the soil, put aside. (Deco) stir the protein mixture into the quark. Add a little sugar.
  3. Pour the cream into the quark mixture. Now pour the whole thing over the red fruit jelly.
  4. Now halve the bottoms of the carrots & distribute on the mass as a decoration. Now cool well.
  5. Sprinkle the star with cinnamon or brittle. If you like coconut, you can also mix coconut in the curd.
