Ingredients
- 500 g Red grits
- 250 g Low fat quark
- 400 g Whipped cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Or
- 1 Rama Cremefine to beat 35% less fat
- 20 Moors Heads
- 0,5 packet Coconut flakes
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Put the red groats in a large glass bowl, refine with cinnamon.
- Remove the soil, put aside. (Deco) stir the protein mixture into the quark. Add a little sugar.
- Pour the cream into the quark mixture. Now pour the whole thing over the red fruit jelly.
- Now halve the bottoms of the carrots & distribute on the mass as a decoration. Now cool well.
- Sprinkle the star with cinnamon or brittle. If you like coconut, you can also mix coconut in the curd.
