Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Red grits
  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Or
  • 1 Rama Cremefine to beat 35% less fat
  • 20 Moors Heads
  • 0,5 packet Coconut flakes
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Put the red groats in a large glass bowl, refine with cinnamon.
  • Remove the soil, put aside. (Deco) stir the protein mixture into the quark. Add a little sugar.
  • Pour the cream into the quark mixture. Now pour the whole thing over the red fruit jelly.
  • Now halve the bottoms of the carrots & distribute on the mass as a decoration. Now cool well.
  • Sprinkle the star with cinnamon or brittle. If you like coconut, you can also mix coconut in the curd.
