Egg Curry Spread

The perfect egg curry spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 0,5 maturity Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 0,75 tsp Curry
  • 0,5 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chopped leaf parsley
  • Fleur de sel
  1. Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs and remove the yolks. Finely chop one egg yolk with all the egg white.
  2. Peel half the avocado and finely mash it together with the rest of the egg yolk. Add the creme fraiche, honey and curry and work everything in well. Season with salt, fold in the chopped egg whites, egg yolks and parsley.
