Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp cream
- 4 slices of ham or bacon
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 piece(s) of mountain cheese for sprinkling
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add the cream, salt, and pepper. Cut the ham or bacon into cubes or slices. Add a little fat to a pan and fry the bacon briefly over high heat. When the bacon is slightly crispy, pour the egg mixture over it and fry until cooked through, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Place the scrambled eggs on the bread. Grate the cheese over the hot scrambled eggs, if desired, and garnish with herbs.
