Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (Brie)
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 4 tbsp light beer
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

dressed Camembert – Obatzter

Chop the Brie into small pieces, add the butter and cream cheese, and mash everything with a fork. Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. Add the remaining ingredients, except the parsley, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with pretzels or fresh bread.
