Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese or quark
- 80 g butter
- 50 g cheese (Emmental)
- 125g Camembert(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg(s), boiled
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chives
- Onion(s), some rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the Camembert and grate the Emmental. Mix both with butter and cream cheese or quark. Finely chop or chop the onion and garlic and stir into the cheese mixture. Add the chopped egg and seasonings, and season to taste. Garnish with onion rings, chives, and paprika.
