Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork schnitzels
- 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- Flour
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter or neutral oil
- 1 egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pound the schnitzel thinly. Season with salt and pepper, and spread a thin layer of sweet mustard and horseradish on both sides. Then coat as usual in beaten egg, flour, and breadcrumbs and fry in heated clarified butter until golden brown. Serve with fried potatoes and a cold light beer.
