- 1 egg(s)
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Ribs with a twist
Coat the ribs in flour. Beat the egg and coat the ribs in the flour. Then coat in breadcrumbs and fry in clarified butter until golden brown. Serve with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. It may sound strange, but it’s incredibly delicious.
