- 1 kg potatoes
- 150 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- 100 g cream cheese or Emmental
- 100 g cooked ham
- Clarified butter

Bavarian delicacies
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, press them through a ricer, and let cool. Mix with flour, eggs, and salt to form a dough. Divide the potato dough into 8 portions. Roll each portion into a flatbread and top with cheese and finely chopped ham. Fold the flatbreads together, press the edges together firmly, and fry the parcels in a pan in clarified butter until golden brown.
