- 150 g rice
- 500 g yogurt
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 600 ml water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp flour

Wash the rice. Combine the yogurt, rice, and egg in a saucepan. Brown the flour in a small saucepan and then add it to the yogurt mixture. Mix everything well, season with salt, and add the water. Bring to a boil while stirring, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Melt the butter, stir in the chives, and stir into the soup.
