Tomato, cream cheese and tuna spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, in water
  • 1 small jar of dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili powder, curry or other herbs
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the well-drained tuna and the drained sun-dried tomatoes in a tall container. Add a little olive oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. Then add the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend with a hand blender until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more oil or milk. You can season it to taste, for example, spicy, with curry or extra herbs, etc. Tastes great on bread, with vegetable sticks, and slightly thinned over pasta. It’s also delicious as a salad topping.
