Spanish yeast flatbread

Prepare a yeast dough with all ingredients. Let it rise for 15 minutes. Knead the dough again and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Knead the dough again and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured board. Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll the dough out on a baking sheet. Prick several times with a fork and let it rise again. Top with as desired. Coca is similar to a pizza, but without tomato sauce and cheese. This is not mandatory, of course, but you can still top it with cheese. All Coca variations are baked in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes after topping.
