Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- olive oil
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat olive oil in a pan. Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic. Add the mushrooms to the pan and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Now add the onion and garlic. Once the onions are translucent, briefly stir in the coriander. Tip: Best served hot!
