Crispy cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 30 g margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 ml water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • e.g. chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sugary sweet favorite cookies, like those from IKEA, for 15 pieces

Mix the sugar with the margarine, add the maple syrup and water, then add the vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix everything well. Stir in the chocolate drops. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Using two teaspoons, drop the cookie dough onto the baking paper in portions. Leave enough space, as the cookies will spread a little. Make small portions if you don’t want giant cookies. After about 15 minutes, turn the oven off and let the cookies rest in the oven for a while. Tips: – If you don’t have any maple syrup, no problem! Either leave it out completely or replace it with 5g of sugar. The maple syrup just makes the cookies nice and sweet.
