- 90 ml cream
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- Butter for the pan
- n. B. anchovy fillet(s)
- e.g. sour cream
- n. B. Chives as decoration

A recipe for Lent
Season the eggs with salt and pepper, whisk with the cream and curry powder, stir in the chopped anchovies, and scramble in hot butter as usual. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
