Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g feta cheese
- 125 g natural yogurt
- ½ jar dried tomatoes in oil
- 10 basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil or tomato oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with basil and garlic
Roughly chop the feta cheese and place it in a tall container. Add the yogurt and garlic and blend with a hand blender. Roughly chop the tomatoes and fold them in with the basil, blending thoroughly. If the dip is too thick, blend in olive oil or the tomato oil until it reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
