Feta and basil dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 1 bunch of basil, the leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with garlic

Roughly chop the feta cheese and place it in a tall container. Add the yogurt and garlic and puree with a hand blender. Fold in the basil and puree well. If the dip is too thick, blend in olive oil until it reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
