Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g Turkish yogurt (10% fat)
- 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 large cucumber(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil, best
- Salt and pepper, white
- 1 clove(s) garlic, very young
- Sugar
Instructions

Coarsely grate the cucumber, mix with 1 tablespoon of salt, let it stand for about 5 minutes, then drain the liquid and squeeze the cucumber well. Mix the yogurt with the quark, add the grated cucumber, season with sugar, white pepper, and salt, stir in the oil, and finally add the garlic through a press or finely chop it and stir it in. Serve well chilled.
