Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 40 g pistachios or walnuts
- 6 tbsp honey, liquid (e.g. acacia honey)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 600 g natural yogurt (10% fat)
Instructions

My grandma often makes this recipe for me
Roughly chop the nuts. Roast them in a dry pan. Mix with honey and lemon juice. Divide the yogurt among plates and scatter the nuts on top. Serve with fresh fruit.
