Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g sour cream
- 200 g natural yogurt, 1.5%
- 5 tbsp limoncello
- 1 tsp, levelled gelatin fix
- 1 lime(s), untreated
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- Fruit according to season

Combine the mascarpone, sour cream, and yogurt in a bowl. Stir in the limoncello and gelatin mix. Grate the zest of an unsprayed lime and add it along with the juice of half a lime. Quickly mix everything together, season to taste, and sweeten with a little powdered sugar if desired. Ladle into small dessert bowls and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish with fresh fruit before serving.
