Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 400 g pasta
- 500 g tomatoes, chopped with juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Paprika powder, hot
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch parsley

Heat oil in a pan, sear the minced meat, and season with paprika, pepper, and salt. Trim and dice the vegetables, add to the minced meat, and fry. Bring the pasta water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until al dente. Add the chopped tomatoes to the minced meat, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Chop the parsley and stir into the sauce, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain the pasta and serve immediately with the vegetable Bolognese.
