Pasta with mascarpone and smoked bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g bacon, smoked, lean
  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Carbonara Della Casa

Whisk two whole eggs and one egg yolk with the mascarpone until creamy. Add salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan with a little butter until crispy. Pour the cooked spaghetti over the bacon. Then gently stir in the creamy mascarpone mixture with a wooden spoon. Serve immediately.
