Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 60 g smoked bacon, streaky
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Carefully wash the mushrooms, drain, and slice them. Dice the bacon. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the mushrooms and sauté until the mushroom liquid has reduced. Garnish with parsley. It’s a great side dish or served with warm baguette.
