Peanut and Banana Mini Muffins

The perfect peanut and banana mini muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Pc. Banana
  • 2 tbsp Tigernut flour
  • 1 Msp Baking soda
  • 1 Msp Tartar baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate drops
  1. The amount of dough is enough for about 20 – 22 mini muffins. Puree all ingredients together until creamy. Finally stir in the chocolate drops. Pour the dough into the prepared molds and bake in the preheated oven on top / bottom heat for about 13 minutes until golden yellow.
