Peanut and Banana Mini Muffins

- 120 g Unsweetened creamy peanut butter
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Pc. Banana
- 2 tbsp Tigernut flour
- 1 Msp Baking soda
- 1 Msp Tartar baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Chocolate drops
- The amount of dough is enough for about 20 – 22 mini muffins. Puree all ingredients together until creamy. Finally stir in the chocolate drops. Pour the dough into the prepared molds and bake in the preheated oven on top / bottom heat for about 13 minutes until golden yellow.
