First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the zucchini and bell peppers as desired and heat the pan. The zucchini goes first in the pan and is lightly sautéed. Before adding the bell peppers, add a little pepper and salt for the zucchini. After briefly frying, deglaze the mixture with milk and add the crème fraîche. Then season to taste with spices of your choice and simmer everything over medium heat until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. As soon as the pasta is ready, add it to the pan with the prepared sauce and stir it in.
