Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s) (or 2 small ones)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral in taste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (preferably essence)
  • n. B. sweetener or sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

available as a variant with sour cream or sour cream

Slice or grate the cucumber. Add a little oil so it mixes easily. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Add about 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Then mix in a few drops of sweetener or a little sugar (if using sugar, mix until dissolved). Mix everything well and season to taste. Finally, add the dill and, if possible, let it sit for about 2 to 3 hours. You can also eat it straight away. Tip: If you prefer the salad with sour cream or sour cream, omit the vinegar and sweetener or sugar and use 250g of sour cream or 250g of sour cream instead. However, this will no longer be vegan.
