Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour mix, gluten-free (Farine from Schär)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients and knead until the dough resembles a stiff cookie dough. Dust your work surface with flour. Form the dough into a large log and cut into 1.5 cm thick strips. Roll all sides in flour and shape into a round shape using a glass. Fry the syrniki in a pan with a little oil until golden brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Serve with jam and powdered sugar.
