delicious sausage goulash with simple ingredients and little time
First, chop the onions and sauté until browned. Then add them to the pot. While the onions are in the pan, dice the sausage (approx. 1cm per side). Fry the cubes until lightly browned and then add them to the pot with the onions. Now add the ketchup and both cups of cream. Rinse the ketchup bottle with approx. 150ml of water and add that to the pot as well. Stir everything well until well mixed. Bring everything to a boil and, while it’s cooking, stir in the herbs de Provence, paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for a while, seasoning to taste with the spices mentioned. In the meantime, cook the pasta as needed and serve everything together. Tips: A little basil (shredded or fresh) also goes very well with this. If you’d like to add some vegetables, you can also add diced tomatoes at the end. However, it’s best not to do this at the beginning, as otherwise the tomatoes will become mushy.
