Sausage goulash with tagliatelle

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 12 Bockwurst
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 package of herbs (parsley, chives, 8 herbs), frozen
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice the onions and finely chop the garlic, then fry both in hot oil. Clean and finely slice the bell peppers. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry both together, season as desired, and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender. Slice the sausages and add them to the vegetables, stir in, and heat through. Then pour in the cream, reduce slightly, and stir in the herbs. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, and stir in. Tip: Also delicious with rice.
