Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 2 tsp blackcurrant jam
  • 1 cup(s) coffee
  • 1 pack of chocolate pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 cups of cream (200 g each)
  • 1 pack of raspberries (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spread the sponge fingers with blackcurrant jam and place them side by side in a baking dish. Drizzle with coffee. Prepare the chocolate pudding with milk according to the package instructions, pour into the dish, and let cool (can be prepared the day before). Whip the cream until stiff and pour over the chocolate pudding. Briefly boil the raspberries with their juice. Pour the cooled raspberries over the cream layer. Tip: Mixed berries can also be used instead of raspberries. It tastes absolutely delicious!
