Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (preferably 40%, not low-fat quark)
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding, cooked the day before
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 pack of fruit (strawberries or blueberries), frozen or fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pudding the day before according to the package instructions so it’s chilled. Stir the quark in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Then add the vanilla pudding (without the skin), the sugar, and a few berries. Mix everything well. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener in a separate bowl until stiff, then stir it into the quark and fruit mixture, spoon by spoon. Chill the whole thing. Serve the quark dessert in small bowls and garnish with the remaining fruit.
