Semolina soufflé

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 125 g semolina
  • 1 jar morello cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A complete meal on hot summer days; but also works well as a dessert

Place everything except the morello cherries in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil. Pour the thick mixture into a dish rinsed with cold water and let it cool. Then cut into 4 pieces and serve in a deep dish with the morello cherries and their juice.
