Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, then line the bottom of a 28 cm springform pan with baking paper, first grease the edges and dust with flour. Melt 40 g of butter and spread it evenly on the baking paper, then sprinkle with 80 g of sugar and a little cinnamon. Cut the cored, peeled apples into thick slices and place in the baking pan. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and sprinkle with the walnuts. Put 120 g of butter and 170 g of sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Sift the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and beat into the foam with the eggs, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and the milk. Pour the batter onto the apples, smooth it down and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 40-45 minutes (test for doneness). Then remove from the oven and let cool in the pan. Turn out onto a wire rack and peel off the paper.
