Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles), three blocks
- 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
- 2 bell peppers, cut into small pieces
- 2 handfuls of Chinese mushrooms, soaked overnight
- 1 tsp curry paste, yellow
- sesame oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- some vegetable broth, instant
- n. B. Soy sauce, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegetarian
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and then drain. Meanwhile, stir-fry the vegetables and mushrooms in a little sesame oil in a wok, add a couple of splashes of water, and simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Stir in the noodles and season with the spices to taste. Also delicious with chicken or pork.
