Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 9 chicken drumsticks
- 1 piece(s) ginger, large
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp pesto (cilantro pesto)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Wash the chicken thighs, pat dry, and place them in a sealable container. Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic. Finely slice the chili pepper. Combine all the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken thighs. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees Celsius. Spread the thighs on a grill rack (spreading the solid pieces of the marinade over the thighs), season with salt, and cook for about 25 minutes.
