Chewy white chocolate cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter
  • 225 g white sugar
  • 170 g brown sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 205 g flour
  • 150 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cup(s) chocolate (chocolate chips), white, or chopped white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 32 pieces

In a bowl, cream the butter with the white and brown sugars. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating each egg well. Add the vanilla extract and salt and mix in. In a second bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, then stir into the creamed butter mixture. Carefully mix in 2/3 of the white chocolate chips. Form the dough into balls and place about 9 of them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between each ball, as they tend to spread quite a bit. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the balls, pressing them down lightly. Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
