Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g peanut butter (or peanut butter with pieces)
  • 150 g syrup (agave syrup or alternatively sugar)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 80 g flour (spelt flour), approximate amount

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

American cookies

Roughly chop the nuts. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Form small cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
