Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dry rub for seasoning spare ribs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pour into a jar, and seal tightly. Shake well before use. As with all dry rubs, rub the meat at least 12 hours before grilling. Then, wrap tightly in foil and let it sit in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator about 2 hours before grilling.
