- 280 g butter, soft
- 160 g brown sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 1 tsp butter vanilla flavoring, or vanilla extract
- 190 g flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- ½ tsp clove powder
- 245 g rolled oats
- 2 banana(s), diced
- 200 g raisins
- 75 g desiccated coconut

Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and nutmeg. Add to the butter and mix well. Add oats, bananas, raisins, and desiccated coconut and fold in. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (careful: leave enough space between them, as they will expand during baking). Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10-13 minutes.
