Peppermint Mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp liqueur (peppermint), green
  • 350 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the gelatin. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick and foamy. Stir in the liqueur. Squeeze out the gelatin, dissolve it over low heat, and fold it in. Fold in the cream. Chill the mousse for at least 4 hours.
