Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g chocolate (milk)
- 125 g butter
- 3 tbsp whiskey or cognac
- ½ tsp peppercorns, pink, crushed in a mortar
- Cocoa powder, for rolling
- possibly cayenne pepper

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler or microwave (2 minutes at 360 degrees Celsius, then stir until completely melted). Add cognac and pepper. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Form the mixture into balls and roll them in cocoa. If you like, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the cocoa for a slightly spicier flavor.
