Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g butter
  • 140 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 225 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 170 g dark chocolate decoration (drops)
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 52 minutes

with white and dark chocolate

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, butter, and egg yolk into a dough. Roughly chop the chocolate. Knead the chocolate chips and white chocolate well into the dough. Now form cookies, press in the roughly chopped dark chocolate, and flatten the cookies slightly. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 12-15 minutes. After baking, let cool on the rack for 10-15 minutes (careful, they are fragile!). This mixture makes 12 large cookies. I prefer to make 20 smaller cookies from this amount. The baking time for the small version is about 8 minutes.
