Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pkt. Puff pastry, fresh from the refrigerated section
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley, flat, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 200 g bacon, cut into thin strips
- 100 g cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with puff pastry
Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into strips. Combine the garlic with the sour cream, paprika, cayenne pepper, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet, spread the sour cream, spread the bacon, and top with the onions. Grate the Gouda cheese over the top and bake the tarte flambée at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
